From the pinned How to Write a Good Bug Report thread at the top of the forum…

Please use the Search feature to search the forum and see what bugs are posted.

With that in mind, less than a dozen threads from the top you’d find…

As a result, the links you’re trying to follow will attempt to take you to…
https://us.diablo3.com/en-us/profile/Armisal-6526/hero/20353742
…which will fail, and take you back to the Diablo III home-page.

The actual URL for your Armoury page is…
https://us.diablo3.blizzard.com/en-us/profile/Armisal-6526/hero/20353742
…and shows all 17 of your heroes.

In addition to @Meteorblade’s reply… this is a bad time to try to see your armoury.

Something is broken with the web profiles and, often, you will get an “500 internal server error”… especially if you try to view your seasonal Monk. See Diablo 3 Armory - #6 by Leviathan-1945 for more details.

As usual… no idea when this latest web issue is going to be fixed.

This only works for US. EU can not access their profiles anymore.

It’s hero specific as to whether they’re viewable or not. For example, I can view my non-seasonal Barb - Meteorblade - just fine but if I look at my seasonal Barb - RockyXXVI - it consistently gives me 500 internal server errors. I can view some of my non-seasonal Crusaders, and not others. The day Season 25 ended, I started a game with each and every one of my heroes (to allocate the extra paragon points, etc) so it’s not because the back-end data is out of date.

Previously, I’d been able to import my hero data into d3planner which would indicate that the back-end data was fine, and it was just the Armoury site not displaying it correctly. Now, however, regardless of whether I ask it to import my data from EU, US or Asia it tells me “No profile found” despite clearly there being heroes and a profile to be imported.

Hi,

You can… if you know where to look.

Your career page (you can think about it as the “Home page” for your web profile) is located at: https://eu.diablo3.blizzard.com/en-us/profile/Jelle-2289/career. You may want to bookmark that address in your browser… trying to get at it from the forums is painful.

From the Career page, you can reach each of your heroes… in theory. As @Meteorblade explained, some of the heroes return “500 Internal Server Error”. (try it – from the Career page, click on a hero name, wait for update, then back off to the Career page… try another hero, etc… etc… etc,).

The web profile is in such a mess right now that you might as well forget it exist… @Leviathan said that, if you continuously refresh the “500” page, it will eventually give you the actual page – I have not been able to replicate that.

Best of luck in your games.
