D2R - can't launch the game - compatibility

Hello,

I’ve recently purchased Diablo 2 Resurrected. When I installed the game, I could’t launch it. Error - Failed to inilialize graphics device. Please ensure your PC meets the minimum system requirements and your drivers are up to date.

I’ve already updated my Gefore Experience drivers to the latest. Also tried reinstalling the game, running it as administrator and run it in compatibility mode for Windows 8. My windows is 8.1, which should be compatible with the game.

Please advise as when I can expect a fix for this. If there won’t be one I expect a refund of 40euros for the game.

Unfortunately, D2R is only supported on Windows 10.

Same issue here. Did not realize it cannot run on Windows 8.1. Rather unfortunate, as I was looking forward to the PC version, but looks like console it is!

Request a refund through the support page. It’s pretty quick and painless.
