And yes, please ask D2 related questions at the related forum. If you can’t access the official discussion forums with a registered D2 copy then please try logging out and logging in again. When you don’t have a D2 cd key to your account, site will eject you back to D3 page or some other Blizzard title page.
If you have a legit retail copy of D2 just redeem its cd key written on its box then you should be able to visit the D2 official discussion pages. Go to your Account Settings and from Account Overview just tap the cd key in the Redeem a Code line to register it.

Fastest will be Matrialchal Faith with 15 fanatism level.
Max frame for shots (multi, guided) is 7 fpa, and its not worth use fastest bows with low base dmg, since attack speed from gear is pretty natural to come.
I give u Ias (increase attack speed) Calculator so u can easy see how much attack speed u need to obtain max frame. If fanaticism is involved dont forget to show it in calculator.
