Wasn’t sure where to post this, but I’m sure It’s going to be banned……….. regardless. I made this 2nd account as I can NOT access my main account because my authenticator has DIED and my phone number is incorrect so can’t use SMS. I have opened 3 tickets and still no response. How long does it take to get a response from blizzard ???
When your turn comes up in line. Additionally, making multiple tickets further exacerbates the delays for everyone because it needlessly adds redundant tickets into the already long queues.

Thank you for the reply, I’d add something else, but that would only exacerbate the problem. Oh well guess I won’t get the dang chicken !
