Hey there,

Here’s a couple of things I’d recommend trying:

Reset the game settings

  1. Open the Blizzard Battle.net App.
  2. Click and select Game Settings .
  3. Find the game you are having trouble with in the list and click Reset In-Game Options .
  4. Click Reset .
  5. Click Done , then relaunch the game.

Try rebooting in Selective Startup to shut down background apps:

  1. Press Windows Key+R.
  2. Type msconfig and press Enter.
  3. Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items.
  4. Select the Services tab.
  5. Check Hide all Microsoft services.
    Note: Skipping this step may prevent your computer from rebooting correctly.
  6. Click Disable all.
  7. Click Apply then click OK.
  8. Click Restart.

Lastly, if you’re overclocking the CPU or GPU at all try disabling any overclocking and then test the game again. Hope these help!
