Crash on entering world

I can log in, no problem, but about 1 second after my character spawns, my computer freezes and I have to reboot. It happens almost immediately. The screen usually freezes at a point when my follower is leaping to their position next to me. Just started about 2-3 months ago. It happens about every 3-4 times I log in.

Any fix for this? It’s kind of annoying. :confused:

Try deleting the cache file folder, its called Blizzard Entertainment . It’s located in program data. Just type in search %ProgramData% and find the folder, delete it and it will create a new one when you reenter the game. This cache file corrupts and can cause that issue you have.
