I would imagine it’s the same as on PC.

Killing Goblins can sometimes cause one to open a Portal to either Greed’s Realm (The Vault) or Not the Cow Level.

If you’re playing a Class that can wield 2-Handed Weapons, you may occasionally find Bovine Bardiche Polearms. Transmuting one in Kanai’s Cube will open a Portal to Not the Cow Level.

Or, you can craft Rare Level 70 Polearms at the Blacksmith and upgrade them in Kanai’s Cube. You should get 1 to 3 Bovine Bardiches or more out of every 10 Polearms you upgrade.

It’ll drop naturally for Barbarians, Crusaders and Monks because it only drops with STR or DEX as its main stat. It cannot drop with INT and cannot be re-rolled to INT at the Mystic. So, whilst Wizards can wield two-handed weapons, the polearm won’t drop naturally for them because it can’t come with INT. For Wizards, Demon Hunters, Witch Doctors and Necromancers it’s an off-class drop which is why they don’t tend to get many of them, and they need to use the blacksmith / cube method.
