That is roughly the difference between the 330% added by grievous wounds (~1.51x-1.56x), which is disabled on the S6 bonus. Disregard the D3Planner info.

Looks like a bug in d3planner.

It’s adding 330 CHD to the Physical Impale base damage (474 CHD for your cold setup vs. 804 CHD for your physical setup).

But that’s not what actually happens.

Unless they stealth fixed it, the physical rune never worked with Shadow.

Hehe, yea sorry, I was just talkin to dmkt in game and posting my findings and thoughts. I didnt know where else to post it. =)

But yea, the consensus has always to use cold/lightning, and that grievous wounds (physical) was broken. And I could have been playin mindgame tricks on myself, but a while ago when I tried playin with it in game it felt like grievous wounds actually hit harder as well.

They didn’t fix Grievous Wounds. I tested it today.

but fire works as RGK?

Fire is nothing special, even for RGK, the ticks amount to 0.5% damage of the hit itself.

so the element still doesn’t matter at all for RGK

Nope it doesn’t matter. Go with your best rolled gear.
