Hey folks,
My original post on this matter was specifically for the OP’s instance of the problem. I’m actually going to remove the solution mark since we have gotten a lot of contacts on this recently and it seems there’s something a little deeper going on. We’re checking into the 34200 and 317002 errors on our end.
For those who haven’t tried yet, please swap to another region in battle.net and load your Community tab:
- Log out of the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop Application
- Switch Region to a different region than the one you usually log in from
- Log back in and start Diablo III
- Open the Community tab
- Quit Diablo III and log out of the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop Application again
- Swap back to your normal Battle.net region and retest.
If that doesn’t work, please post here with the exact error codes you are getting and what you have tried to troubleshoot this thus far.
