anyone have a solution for this bug yet ?
i have uninstalled and reinstaled the problem persists.
Suggestion I would move topic to the big report section for better visibility.
This has been reported multiple times on bug report forum and has been answered as known issue. There actually isnt anything more to do on our part. I just gave up fighting our clan has been down since last year

Has anyone tried making sure they leave any groups, restarting, see what that does?
I know being in groups (not the clan) sometimes screwed things up in the past and you had to leave them to fix it. Just wondered if that applied here.

Unfortunately we do not have a solution / response from Blizzard as yet. My clan has been down for 2 weeks now.
And for everyone else reading here - this is not an individual problem. With 319045 the clan is down for everyone in the clan, no leaders, officers, members can see it. Hence it is not solvable by leaving communities / groups / the clan itself (you will not be able to re-join, as no officer can see the clan or request).
