I’ve come back to the game after a long break and have a Season 19 Crusader up to paragon level 15. I’ve completed Season journey 1, 2, and 3 but haven’t gotten any rewards. Nothing has shown up in my mailbox nor in my inventory. Am I missing something?
Scroll to chapter 2, look at the bottom of the screen. It will say redeem gift or claim gift. Follow instructions. Rinse and repeat for 3 & 4.

it does on PC, but not on console. Our mailboxes have been disabled from Day 1 on Season 10.
