Chat not working for me

Whenever I try to chat in a channel, I get the following window pop up:

WARNING!
There was an error sending the chat message to 3. Trade #2716. (Code 3)

Same message for every other channel I try to send a message to. Even communities.

Appreciate the help.

Try this -

Open up your Battle.net account settings and check under your “Privacy & Communication” section. You likely have something ‘disabled’.
