All my toons have disappeared and im confused how to open a ticket. this happened yesterday but still all my toons are gone and want them back

Your web profile has only one hero on it… a level 4 (504) wizard… as if all the other heroes had been deleted. If only one hero was deleted, you can undelete it by clicking on Switch Hero on the main menu and clicking the undelete arrow at the left of the Delete button.
