After finishing season, two of my characters were “downgraded” to lvl 1, and all their inventory and wore ítems have disappeared.
One of them has 750 played hours….and now he is lvl 1 XDDDD

It looks like you rebirthed Voodoo and Zoolook before the season ended, and then never played them.
The season is now over in Europe, so these two heroes are now non-season.
See Seasons - Game Guide - Diablo III for info on Rebirth… the only info not provided in the game guide is that this mail is only kept for 30 days… after which it vanishes. So, if you rebirthed these 2 heroes more than 30 days ago… all their inventory is now gone.
