I’ve been playing D3 on my Xbox for years. Earlier today my daughter and I were playing together online (we have two xbox consoles) Now when I launch D3 it goes straight to Character Select. My existing characters are no longer available. I’ve tried managing and deleting locally stored content, but nothing is being downloaded/restored from the cloud.
Do I have any other options to restore my missing characters?
Another odd thing. I just created a new character and my paragon points were available on the newly created character, so it’s remembering that much at least. I just don’t have my existing characters with all their gear.
Blizzard’s support page indicates they can’t help with issues on the Xbox, and Microsoft Support had me try various things like removing my account and re-adding it to the Xbox. Deleting Diablo 3, resets, etc. Nothing helped.
If anyone else has experienced and resolved this I Would appreciate some information.
