My seasonal character when going into combat slows down dramatically while everything else moves in real time. I’m so confused as to why this happening I’ve even got video proof if you need it. Please help!
Going out on a limb here, check your items. Make sure you read each and every legendary power.

18) Character Moving & Attacking Very Slowly
Please check what you are equipping and what each item does. Some items have negative effects. If your character is moving and attacking very slowly then you have the Stone Gauntlets equipped which when you get hit, will slow your move speed and attack speed but you gain armor stack.
I wish people knew how to read. That includes things like stickied threads and legendary power descriptions.

I think it is more of this:
- look up a build using some website.
- write down what items it suggests.
- use said items, even if you don’t have them all.
