Returning after a long time, noticed the Wizardspike special bonus has been updated to also increse Frozen Orb damage.
This got automatically updated in my Kanai Cube, but my Ancient Wizardspike still has the old effect (just proc, no FO damage bonus).
Is this meant to be or am I missing something here?
Changes of legendary (orange) items are usually NOT retroactive. Changes of set (green) items and cube are retroactive.
i.e. you need to farm a new one for the new bonus. Reforge won’t convert legacy items to new version; don’t waste material on it.

It’s pretty easy to get an updated one by upgrading rares using the cube. There’s only three daggers (Eun-jang-do, Pig Sticker, Wizardspike), so it won’t take too many resources to get the new version.
