hello,
i have a question about followers. do they benefit from cdr on their items? i’ve read AshTag’s guide and other follower related guides, and everybody said, they do get the reduction. yesterday i tested this with a fully naked follower (no as, no cdr), and she (enchantress) was as fast and casted skills as fast as with the cdr and as items.
can somebody comfirm this, or link a proof about this? or tell me, what i missed.

In general, followers do not benefit from CDR. At least not anymore.
I have tested it with the Enchantress as well, after someone brought this topic up in the old forums.
There is maybe one exception: The healing skills of the Templar. Some say he does benefit from CDR, some say he doesn’t. (I haven’t testet this one yet, as this is a little bit more difficult to see…)
But in general, CDR on follower items is not useful.

I’ve also tested this with both Templar and Enchantress, and can confirm that CDR doesn’t work.
You should refine your your testing methods. CDR absolutely works on the Templar heals.
