In Ptr captain crimz gives damage reduction equal to resource cost reduction %.
Should this not work with Laws of Valor unstoppable force which grants 50% cost reduction for 5 secs?

Tested the Unstoppable force (RCR) law.
Initially on use, the law does not increase toughness via Capt. Crimson.
Only worked to increase sheet toughness after I used a potion, but it did not snapshot. Instead, the increase to toughness expired as the Unstoppable force buff expired.
Agreed that this is broken or is some sort of bug.
