Have you been silenced by Blizzard in any game, including D3 recently ?
If so, that kinda sucks. It’s a long read but explains everything
There’s a bug that wont allow silenced players to creater or join games. Atm theres no ETA on fix, or workaround. just have to wait out the silence.
