Hi,
I downloaded the starter edition and played through it. I recently purchased a copy at Walmart and installed it. I played through it again expecting it to continue. When I slew the Skeleton King, the game ended as before. When it asked, if I would like to upgrade I selected it and got an error message. I have read alot of suggestions regarding the fix and and none of the options suggested are available or they receive an error message.
Please help.

The code box is only for 16, the authentication key is 26. What do I do with the extra.

The box will hold the entire code… I had no problem entering my 26 alphanumeric codes without the dashes… and it told me (correctly) that that code had already been used 
The box can hold a lot of data… I entered 60 characters in it and still hadn’t reached the max…
If that doesn’t work… try entering the code on the BattleNet App
