After the season prematurely ended, so did my seasonal character. I’m now unable to start any new seasonal character. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the game, and deleted all my characters. Any seasonal character I create defaults to non-seasonal after creation.

same here on the Switch, on the character screen they are recognised as seasonal character (Icon next to character name and no rebirth option shown) However trying to start a game keeps showing an error and it shows as non seasonal character. Also by the looks of my gear I can see that my Monk has a head item equipped from non season.
It’s one big mess because when I open the season journey is no longer completed but reset completely…
I’m having the same issue on PS4, can’t play my seasonal characters or make new ones. They all have the green leaf but then a red X saying non-seasonal and then a message saying they can’t join seasonal games. I’ve tried all the seasonal options of hardcore or solo when making new ones.
