I got the Eternal Collection for the switch and we can play with two people but the moment we try to add a third person the third person gets the error message of “There was a problem joining the game.” nonstop. So we all closed the game and relaunched it at the exact same time with a count down with both of them attempting to join me upon launch, now none of us can join any of each others games. We’ve rebooted our switches multiple times, rebooted our routers, and relaunched the game several times. NAT type for all three of us is B according to the Switch. We’ve tried pretty much every suggestion on Reddit and the forums here and nothing works. Even just sitting there for two hours continually spamming join party while the host goes afk doesn’t work. Disconnecting from the diablo network by switching to local and then switching back to online and reconnecting to the diablo network doesn’t work. We can’t find eachother in a public game either through quick match.
We just wanna play together. /cry
