Cannot equip item bug (post upgrading to Primal)

I upgraded a Halo of Karini to a primal ring and now I cannot equip it. How do I add a screenshot to my post if I cannot post a URL.

Are you already equipping another crafted primal (your staff perhaps) ?

If so, that’s why you cannot also equip your primal ring – you can only equip one crafted primal at a time.

Ahhh, as I was expecting. Lack of information in the cube on page 11 (“Only one upgraded Primal Item may be worn at a time.”) will result in confused players and bogus bug reports.
