Can´t use Urshi level up gems, because mobs attacs on me after kill rift guardian. losf 5 gem upgrade and lot of golds, thanks.
Correct, you can’t put in a ticket because there is no GM support for in-game issues in D3. D3 does not keep a second by second log of everything in game so GMs have nothing to review in order to assist. They only offer limited assistance with in-game issues for WoW.
If you experience a bug in D3 the only thing you can do is report it. That won’t get it fixed for you specifically, but it may be fixed for everyone in a later patch.

There’s a few workaround you can try when it happens again:
- Lead/drag the monsters to the door to the next level, enter the door and open a portal home when you reach the next level. Then walk down to Urshi and upgrade your gems.
- Lead/drag the monsters away from Urshi, start running as fast as you can to “lose” the monsters and circle back to Urshi.
Other ideas…
- Having your follower wear the Homing Pads should make it easier to port home… make sure you put some distance between you and Urshi and the entrance to the current level before porting home so the monsters won’t attack you when you come back. Your follower needs to wear those shoulders before opening the gRift.
- Last but not least… on softcore… draw the monsters away, then stand still, let them kill you, and resurrect in town… then walk all the way back to Urshi.
This bug has been reported a million times… probably more. Still no fix.
