Understand that you replied to a post of mine from eight days ago when the situation was still unfolding. At an early time like that, being informed that Bliz is aware is a hugely helpful bit of information for many people.

You didn’t lose anything.

When the season mistakenly ended last weekend, anyone who logged in during that time triggered the standard, normal end-of-season process: everything was transferred to non-season.

When the season was restarted, the characters were sent back to the season exactly how they would be if they were rebirthed: they were reset.

All of the above is normal behavior for a season end and season start, or restart in this case. Nothing from within the game was lost.

This sentence doesn’t make sense in the sarcastic sense you are attempting. Typically there’s no support, for any game, unless you buy it first.

That aside, you’re misunderstanding has you missing important details. Help did come.

Bliz didn’t have to restart the season for us. They could have just ignored the problem and left it ended. They also provided some help in the form of a free Haedrig’s set to help get the reset character(s) going.
