I’m having the same problems too. I have both game licenses and I can’t connect to the servers, either due to authentication failure or connection error.
I logged in to the official Diablo 3 page and went to check my list of characters and there were 3 characters missing, where are they? Are we going to have to file lawsuits against Blizzard-Activion for not taking care of our data, which we pay a service for?
My monk disappeared, the main character I had, my character with the wings of the third season also disappeared, and then Blizzard, how will it be? Lack of tremendous respect for those who have followed the company’s progress since the days of Lost Vikings, Rock n 'Roll Racing and the early days of Diablo.
