As title say, i cant join my own clan. Are leader so cant leave before i know who becomes the new leader:)
That is not self-explanatory. You say you are the leader, but can’t join?
That means you are already in the clan, so of course you can’t join. Can you be more descriptive?
I will try:) I am leader of a clan but i cant get into the clan and read post,invite players etc etc. When i try to go into the clan it say clan not available. Hope this helps.
I would recommend trying the solutions listed below. They are meant for the season journey not showing up in the game, but they also might work for your problem.
Even if it does not help, it certainly can’t hurt to try. Blizzard does not respond on the forums, so the most you can do is report it, and try some of the solutions for other problems.

My clan is also unavailable. no clan chat (code 319045), no clan leaderboard, no clan anything. It is affecting every member. Please fix this.
