Your crit damage is over 100%, your crit chance is less than 50%
5% cc base
5% from paragon
9.5% from gloves
6% from focus
6% from bracers
so you have 31.5% crit chance which is pretty low.
Your gear needs a lot of work. Use blood shards for Kadala to roll armor pieces. Upgrade rares or re-forge your jewelry. For re-forge, keep what you got and roll a junk one.
For your gear:
shoulders - dex, cdr, ad, vit or res all ( you are still missing ad and cdr)
gloves - cc, cd, ad, cdr ( you can live with cc, cd, and ad or cdr, you are missing ad or cdr)
focus- cc, cd, soc, ad/cdr ( you are missing cd and ad/cdr)
hat - dex, cc, vit ( you are missing cc)
chest - dex, vit, res all ( you are missing vit and res all)
belt - dex, vit, res all, hungering (you are missing vit and res all, and personally I don’t use guardians)
pants - dex, vit, hungering (you have res all instead of vit which isn’t completely horrible)
boots - dex, vit, res all, armor (res all is far more important than armor)
squirts - cold %, cc, cd, soc (you are missing cc and cold %)
bracers - cold %, dex, vit, cc (you have fire % instead of cold %)
restraint - see focus
quiver - dex, as, cc, ad, hungering (you are missing cc, ad)
Don’t worry about trying to do GR132 or higher for now. Do the highest GR you can in under 3 min. You need mats and lots of them. Use all those blood shards to roll better armor. Don’t be afraid to burn mats re-forging or upgrading rares for your jewelry, that is what they are there for. For comparison, at p2500 my gear didn’t have all correct rolls, but much farther than yours and I was doing speed 130s in under 3 min. Paragon is sexy, but having the right gear with correct rolls is a much bigger deal.
Remember, Primal does not mean good (same with ancient), so if you find a quiver with the correct attributes but it not Primal, switch yours out. I currently have 7 pieces for my UE dh that all rolled terribly. The ancients I have with correct rolls will easily do 5-10 GRs higher than the 7 bad Primals I have.
