Can you tell me why I can’t improve the item in “Kanai’s Cube” in the “Caldesann’s despair” tab?

Used these items:
Primal ancient legendary mighty belt “Lementation”
Legendary gem rank 121 “Whisper of atonement”
Gem “Flawless royal ruby”

Without seeing a screenshot, there is no way to say. However, it’s most likely that you are not adding the proper items. Are you putting in at least 3 of the rubies? Are you sure they are flawless royal rank?
