When equipping a set from the armory that has a sanctified weapon, it equips the whole set but fails to equip the weapon. Clicking equip a second time works.
Not really a bug, just the way the armory works. My guess is that you are using another sanctified item with your other build. You cannot equip more than one sanctified item, even briefly.
