Here’s the video of it happening with DH passive Awareness:
It seems, that those passives works like you actually die then if statement checks if you have this passive, then return you to life if passive isnt on cooldown, so stacks drops
Bug of not getting pylon effect when you proc awareness was reported many times in the past.
It’s extremely frustrating, I hope it will be fixed ASAP.
