Can we get some visual buff icons to show how long a buff is remaining please, or will the purists say this is too powerful?

I second this. I know they are trying to keep this as a faithful remaster, but you already have an indicator for your merc. I really don’t see how having an indicator for spell buffs would be any game-breaking change. Rather than relying on the spell effect, you have a timer. I think it’s a great idea.
I also like the idea of buff timer icons, just have an option to turn it on or off.

i’am personally not really interested that much due to my playstyle but i would still vote a “yay/yes” on that, because new options/toggle that doesn’t force/change anything on other players are always welcome in my honest opinion.
If options makes newcomers and veteran play more/stay longer it’s always a good thing.
