Broken Promises ring seems to not trigger correctly when using Force Stand Still with the mouse cursor not hovering over a monster.
More specifically, when using my Barbarian Whirlwind skill, Broken Promises does not appear to trigger unless the mouse is hovering over the monster; furthermore, if the Force Stand Still is being used, it seems to be worse.
