My Broken Crown is only causing Diamonds to drop no matter what gem I slot into it. I have tried using different Broken Crowns (destroyed one, got a new one from Kadala) and have tried it on multiple followers. The extra gem is always a Diamond.
Do you understand what the feature “emanate” does? The power is applied to your character as if itself was wearing the item in question.
