Bounty: Kill Hed Monh Ton

I just attempted this bounty with my seasonal Crusader and Hed Monh Ton did not appear. There was no directional arrow to indicate the demon’s location. I cleared the entire area, including the two caves. I also left the area, completed the other bounties, and went back. I took a couple of screenshots if that will help.
