I want to have the cosmetics in the Switch version instead of PC account.

The blog post detailing this advises:

" A version of this bundle is planned for Overwatch and Diablo III players on console; details, pricing, and availability will be announced at later date."

So it is coming to consoles at a later date.

For console, when you buy the ARCADE collection you can get 2 versions, the standard version which is just the 3 games or the Deluxe version that includes the 3 games plus the extras for Diablo 3 and Overwatch. Please note that the DX version is $10 more, so if you don’t play overwatch, that is a lot to pay for wings and a pet.

I bought the Deluxe version but I have not received the wings, pet nor portrait. Does anyone have suggestions how I can get them?

I’ve launched the games which worked. Also contact Blizzard and Sony for help but all they did was point to the other without even trying to investigate the problem and gave no suggestions whatsoever on what to troubleshoot.

On my Xbox I had to go to the game update screen and tell it to download them.
