As has been said many times, the Lillith wings will be delivered when patch 2.6.7 goes live. So, as the patch hasn’t gone live yet (heck, we haven’t even had the patch notes yet), you haven’t got your wings yet.
What a disgrace. Digital loot should have been available first thing when vt went on sale. Another black eye for fans. Blizz, your reputation is hanging on a thread. Don’t you ever learn?
Clearly they couldn’t do that otherwise it would have given away the D4 reveal before BlizzCon.

It’s a new wing. It has similar looks to many demon wings. But the similarity is more due to demonic theme than laziness.
