Mephisto and Baal are also prime evils. In fact Mephisto is the eldest prime evil. Should be easy to concoct an interesting story with a game title using Mephisto as the main antagonist. D4 will no doubt be amazing but I feel using another prime evil would do well.
Diablo 4’s main boss is going to be Lilith Daughter of Mehisto so I guess that’s as close as your going to get for now.

Duriel was in 1 of the D4 trailers and Blizz had a screenshot of a character fighting him on their Twitter page awhile ago… So if Duriel is returning I’m sure the other Evils will as well

Right now…for me at least…I want Blizzard’s primary focus, time, resources all on D4 period…we thankfully have D2 coming up that will give us time until D4 hits. If anything else…save all that for maybe Expansions and DLC Packs. With the Diablo universe, there’s a lot of possibilities of expanding…
