hello love support i have 2mal the great port 103 geschafft but leider came it no in the bestlist i have the port in 11:55:56 geschafft. is this a bug when yes please make this okay. very thank you im voraus and bleibt gesund

An interesting mixture of german and english ! 
My thoughts too.
From what I can tell:
- Herry completed a Greater Rift 103 in 11:55:56.
- It did not record as their Personal Best.
- It did not record in the Leaderboards.
- If this is a bug, please fix it.
