On using ‘A’ which is cleave my Barbarian goes into slow motion. My Fury does not fully fill the gauge, only half. Iam on level 54 on latest season and going to Ruins of Corvus. I have tried everything to stop this from happening. Any suggestions or aqnswers please.
Hi FeralBuckwad, do you have Stone Gauntlets equipped, or in your cube? The legendary affix on Stone Gauntlets reduces your movement and attack speed upon getting hit.

I am facing the same issue. PS4 Pro. Local coop first player necromancer and second player barbarian.
Barbarian goes into slow motion.
Impossible to play
