the old barb looks way cooler. ill give the armor types a pass even though they aren’t that cool but the body type is really what bugs me. chest, arms, and shoulders need to be bigger. a lot bigger with a taper into the waist. new barb looks like he has at least 25 percent bmi.

He needs to look like Tom Stoltman and others of similar ilk, which means he needs a belly. Not much of one, but that is where center of gravity lands for a male so it makes sense for it to engorge.
Or heck, if he’s a lazy barbarian, give him a kegger tummy.

Or just model it from the original D2 model, younger lookin’ More cut, not as girthy, like a body builder. I mean in the lore from what i understand they were all in their 30’s or something? (i’m sure someone can correct me on this.)
