Barb frenzy minor needs

Simply, increase in damage if 1000% to 2000% is not enough. My suggestions at the least:
Frenzy damage per stack increases from 1000% to 3000% instead of 2000%
Frenzy skill rune sidearm, throws a piercing axe along on EVERY single hit causing damage equivalent to the total Frenzy stack damage accumulated up to that hit. Chart showing axe damage.
Hit 1stack: 3000%
Hit 2 stack: 6000%
Hit 3 stack: 9000%
And on 10th hit and every subsequent hit within the same frenzy stack, each axe does 30,000% damage.

What are some other simple mathematical changes for barb can we suggest.
