If you have this power, do the 10 missiles count as 10 individual attacks resulting in 10 stacks for damage or does it only count as 1 attack?
Stricken has a small, internal cooldown. So the answer would be no.
The fact is, not only Stricken have a internal cool down, it only proc on the “first” target on an attack so it doesn’t really work with any area spell.
BTW, the iCD is 0.9* ur sheet aps. So it doesn’t matter if your skill is DoT, Channelling (which use attack per frame is determined by attack break poiint), proc attack (like GoD sets of DH).
