I’m trying to augment an ancient item using a level 3 essence. It lets me load the item, essence, and gems, but it won’t let me complete the recipe. Are there limitations I’m missing with augments and essences?
Are you trying to augment an ancient item? Are the gems 3 Flawless Royal?

You can use a site like imgur.com to host your image, then when you paste the link here, highlight it and click the </> button to format it so you can post it.
I just figured it out. I was converting 9 royal gems… forgot to upgrade into flawless royals. Whoops…
