Arrows pointing to goblin portals

Correct. Because the original phrase @Blueflammie used in the OP was “blue goblin portals”. I read that as “[blue goblin] portals”. But, after reading @yessquire’s post #3 I realized @Blueflammie meant “goblin [blue portals]”. They have since edited their OP to read “enmity goblin portals”, which is clearer. I refer to them as just Visions Portals.

The OP itself is asking for arrows pointing to those (Visions) Portals. But, we not only have those already; you can actually see the Portal icon on the Area Map. (As seen in the images I embedded).

Again you are correct and I agree, respectively. It’s especially confusing when you’re on a huge Map with different named sections. Like Act II’s Stinging Winds, Black Canyon and Alcarnus. I’m sure players have been in these areas and had half-a-dozen yellow arrows showing on the mini-Map along with a purple arrow (Keywarden). Often enough, it’s easy to just open the Area Map to see the closest pulsating yellow circle showing the location of the Bounty you’re currently working on. But, it is still confusing. And, sometimes annoying.

If Blizzard was inclined to add a QoL feature for this, I would suggest:

Bounty Arrows = yellow
Keywarden Arrows = purple
Vault Arrows = gold
NtCL Arrows = red
Visions Arrows = blue

Or something to that effect.
