Arreat's Law: Do you wait 350 Fury or not?

Weapon Throw generates up to 50 additional Fury based on the distance of the enemy hit. The generated Fury can go above the maximum cap by 200 Fury.

Basically, Barb now has 350 Fury after throwing several times.
Question: Would you wait to have 350 Fury before Tossing a Boulder, or toss it even with just 100 Fury?

The way I see it:

  1. Waiting for 350 Fury, I could overwaited and lost opportunity.
  2. Wait for Physical COE: Yet it takes as little as 2-3 seconds to refill Fury; there is absolutely no reason to wait 12 seconds.
