We have slowly been re-enabling profiles across all regions over the past couple of days. After some observation, we’ve confirmed the issue is resolved and Armory Profiles should now be fully restored for players across the world! We’ll continue monitoring traffic to ensure that website performance is not negatively impacted.

Quick update regarding Armory profiles.
With BlizzCon and several website launches now complete, our web team has their full attention on restoring Armory profiles. We’ve identified the issue and are beginning the implementation process, but it will take a bit more time to complete. Once the timeline is more definitive, we’ll let you know when to anticipate Armory profile access being restored.

We have temporarily disabled Armory profiles for all players. While profiles are disabled, you will encounter a 503 error when attempting to navigate to any player profile. This may impact some external fansite services that utilize armory data until we are able to re-enable these profiles.
While we do not have an ETA for when these profiles will be available again, we will keep you updated as news becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
