Totally unable to test. Maybe I’m missing something but I never got one from the vendor in town and I bought about 6 each of every package he had. Got tons of everything else. I see that other testers could get them from same vendor.
Should be dropping from Bag of Fortune. You’re getting none from that?

Angelic Crucibles are only available to seasonal heroes.
The PTR Bag of Fortune, when purchased by a seasonal hero, contains 21 of them.
They can also drop from GR Guardians when playing a seasonal hero.
