My buddy and i played Diablo 3 a lot together. we had seperate PS5 systems. i have the Eternal collection disk or the ultimate evil edition. he only has the reaper of souls disk. recently i went to his place and tried to import my save to his system, using my profile. however it wouldnt let my save work on his system. now, when i go to my system all of my data is lost. as if i have never played the game before. all heros, stash, paragon, completed season 37 journey, all of it gone. like a fresh start of the game. the save is on my PS5 but the game refuses to recognize it.
i have talked to 3 different AI’s to help they could not help retirieve my account, Sony could not help me. this is my last resort. please, help me restore my data. i dont want to lose 748 paragon levels and the special seasonal pet i had. well all 6 to 8 pets including the “nonexistent cow pet”
